Visas for working in UK:
  • Working Holiday Visa: 1 year visa, allows you to work full time throughout Australia (but no more than 6 months with each employer). You can get this visa right up until your 31st birthday. You can renew this visa for a further year if you can prove you have worked for at least 88 days on a farm during the first Working Holiday Visa. Study is permitted – up to a maximum of 17 weeks.


  • Student Visa: the duration depends on the course: the visa has the duration of the course plus one month or two months, depending on the course. Student Visas allow you to work part time (20 hours per week on average) during the course and full time during break from study.


  • Sponsored Visas: It is possible to get sponsored by a company in Australia. This allow you to work full-time without restriction. See the Immigration website for further details.
